Dansk Quality and Integrity of Organic Eggs, Chicken Meat and Pork (QEMP)
The overall objectives are to establish new production strategies of organic eggs, chicken meat, and pork in order to obtain new, high-quality products differing in characteristics from conventional products to meet consumer preferences and demands of possible new market segments. As part of the project cluster QEMP we here aim to determine the effect of fructan rich feedstuffs on intestinal health in piglets, meat quality of pork and food safety in organic pork production.
